Subscriptions
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, providing repeat deliveries or charges based on the frequency and duration you select.

• Payments are securely stored and charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

• Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.

• You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are not yet in stock.

• We may collect full or partial payment at checkout and store your payment method until fulfillment.

• You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

• Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refunds for fulfilled pre-orders are handled according to our [Returns & Refunds Policy].
